Our plain ghee is the best representation of what ghee aspires to be- it’s the OG! Our slow-cooked and cultured ghee has a wondrously rich and complex caramel and nutty flavor and will add that extra layer of flavor to anything you may cook. It is perfect for any type of cooking: simple sautés or pan-frying, baking, and you can even deep-fry with it! The high smoking point (485 degrees!) allows for its use in any cooking application you desire in a cooking oil. The ghee is full of fat-soluble vitamins: A, D, E, K, and also a superior source of naturally derived CLA and Omega-3’s.  Our ghee is also high in Butyric acid, and contributes to the buttery taste of our ghee! Refrigeration is optional for the ghee and doing so will result in a product that will act like coconut oil, hard at colder temperatures and liquid at warmer ones. Our ghee can be left unrefrigerated for up to a year, and is completely shelf-stable, however the cultures used in the butter may contribute to a “cheesier” flavor that is completely natural and is delectable in cooking.
