Use in place of butter or oil in any recipe; great in baking, roasting, and versatile enough for the frying pan. With a high smoke point (485°!) you can practically use Traditional Ghee for anything, except for maybe salad dressings!
Ghee from grass-fed and pasture raised cows is full of fat-soluble vitamins: A, D, E, K, and also a superior source of naturally derived CLA and Omega-3’s. Our ghee is also high in Butyric acid, and contributes to the buttery taste of our ghee.
Refrigeration is optional for the ghee and doing so will result in a product that will act like coconut oil: hard at colder temperatures and liquid at warmer ones. Our ghee can be left unrefrigerated for up to a year, and is completely shelf-stable. Use our Traditional ghee for all your cooking and baking desires- you will not be disappointed!
