We accept all major credit cards, processed through Stripe, and PayPal for all orders placed through the site.
Orders placed on the website are typically completed within 1-3 days from receiving the order. If there are any issues, and the order is going to be completed longer than that time we will send you an e-mail to update you on its status.
Unfortunately, we do not offer any International shipping at this time. Domestic orders can be sent to any of the 50 US states, as well as US protectorates like the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
Orders are sent through USPS or UPS and take anywhere from 1-3 days to arrive at the destination. Shipping notifications are sent to emails provided upon order. If the tracking and order info is not received, please feel free to reach out and inquire about the order status or for a re-issue of order and shipping details.
Shipping is charged when you place an order and costs 7$ for any order regardless of size, quantity, or weight. If you are looking at saving money on the shipping charge there are a number of ways that amount can be reduced; buying multiple jars at once or combining orders with a friend are excellent ways to reduce the amount of shipping paid per jar. This applies to orders going to one address and orders cannot be split up to send to multiple addresses. One order wishing to be split up will be charged 7$ per address shipped to.
If the order is shipped and returned back to us the amount of the order will be refunded, or a replacement order will be sent. Please reach out to us if you have any problems with receiving an order and we will get back to you about resolving the issue. Common reasons for a returned order are incomplete addresses and delivery issues at the address. For any returned order, the shipping costs will not be refunded, and only the amount paid for the products will be honored.
Due to the heavy nature of the product, and that it is packed in a fragile glass jar we wrap the jars first in bubble wrap to help protect it from any shipping damage. The jars are shipped in recyclable boxes and packed with recycled paper filling to further insulate the package from damage.
Since this is being ordered online we do not have a pickup location available. However, our products are widely distributed in CA at many local Farmers’ Markets throughout the state. If you desire for an order to be picked up at a local market, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can organize this for you if available. If the order is refused or is undeliverable for any reason, the amount paid for the order is refunded. We cannot refund the amount paid for shipping, and only the amount paid for the products will be refunded to you.
If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with the products purchased you can return your order to us with the original receipt and we will gladly issue a refund or send a replacement order. For all returned orders, the shipping will not be refunded and only the product cost will be refunded to you.
For products damaged during the shipping process, the entire amount of order, including shipping will be refunded. Additional proof of the damaged items must be shown, within 14 days of delivery, in order for a refund to be issued. For any problems of this nature, please send e-mail with order number along with any information regarding the damage done to email@example.com
